Monthly cold rent: €540.00 Monthly advance payment for operating costs (excluding electricity, gas and Internet): €141.00 Total monthly rent: €681.00 Security deposit: €1,620.00 Electricity, Gas and other personal costs must be arranged and paid separately by the tenant.

I would also like to sell some furniture and household appliances to the next tenant. These include, for example:

large bed and mattress Kitchen sofa (single and double) fridge (90L and 204L(with freezer)) washing machine Large wardrobe Microwave Dining table and chair Office chair and table Storage rack and some other household items/furniture

The total price for the furniture and appliances is €1,500 (negotiable).

Please note that the final decision about the new tenant will be made by the landlord/owner and the property management. A new tenancy agreement will only be valid after approval by the owner and signing of the rental contract.
